The RCI adopts an innovative approach in terms of combining the first and last Module of the RCI with a joint and part-parallel session with the Supervisors of the students selected. This enables both parties to this important, synergetic relationship to understand the principles of the RCI. 

Supervisors will be invited to attend a final contact session with their students on the 2008-2009 Cohort from the 3-4 September 2009 in Durban. The workshop will culminate with their attending the Graduation Ceremony of the 2008-2009 Cohort.
